This is for the Spring Pig Out In Seattle Saturday October 13th, 2018
(9 am - 3:30 pm)
Everything will be prepared by hand and cooked (by you, with a little help) on grills and smokers (Traegers, Green Mountain Smokers, Gas Grills, Charcoal grills, etc...)
- A Whole Roast Pig (Main Dish)
We will be prepping the pig on at around 10AM in the morning.. and it will be done around 2:30 to 3PM
Side Dishes: (While the pig cooks)
- Prime Rib Roast
- Three Curry Injected Chickens
- One Apple Juice Chicken
- Jalapeno Stuffed Peppers/wrapped in Bacon
- Grilled Veggies
- Smoke Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Smoked Apple Pies
- Smoked Corn Bread
- Cole Slaw
There will be a lot of food so feel free to invite guests (for free) around 3 pm for the feast!
We will provide everything needed for the class (plates, utensils, chairs)
All you need to bring is whatever drinks you like to drink.
Beer, wine, pop, or water, doesn't matter.
No Age Limit.
